Villa

Villa Carolina is furnished in a luxurious classical style with Florentine oak parquet floors, Venetian stucco walls and numerous antiques that help to create a homely and welcoming atmosphere.

The villa is a single-story building with an entrance that leads to an open-plan living space with fully furnished kitchen (stove with 5 burners, electric combination oven, microwave, American-style side-by-side fridge with wine storage space and ice maker, dishwasher), dining table, living room with sofa, 50" satellite TV with Sky in multiple languages and DVD player.

Guests sleep in the three beautiful bedrooms, one double and two triples (double + single). All the double beds are king size. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, two with a shower and one with a shower and bathtub.

All rooms are air-conditioned and the windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Wi-Fi is available both inside and outside the villa.

The living space looks out onto a large terrace covered by a wooden pergola, where there is a barbecue area with a table and chairs that guests can use for dining al fresco, enjoying the heart of the Tuscan countryside.

Around the villa there is a covered passageway overlooking a beautiful garden. A wrought iron gazebo in an Art Nouveau style marks the entrance to the charming Roman-style salt-water pool (which uses chlorine electrolysis).
